What is the turn around time?
Turnaround times are listed in the description of each service. If you require your design sooner than the stated turnaround time, an expedited fee will apply. Please note that multiple revisions may result in delays. Turnaround times may also be extended due to high order volume, illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any delays.

What is the Refund/Cancellation policy?
There is a strict no-refund policy. Projects may be canceled at any time at the discretion of the Creative Director.

What is SEO?
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the process of improving a website’s visibility on search engines like Google. It involves optimizing website content, structure, and performance to rank higher in search results, attract more organic traffic, and enhance user experience.

What file types will my project be sent in?
All completed projects will include a .png (transparent background), .jpg, and .pdf format. PSD or AI files are sent for an additional charge.

Can I see a sample before I purchase?
Prolifik Graphics does not offer samples or mockups prior to booking. All concepts, sketches, and custom design work begins once a project has been officially booked and approved.

What are your business hours?
Monday - Friday. 9am-7pm CT.
We are not available on weekends or holidays. Please be mindful business days do not include the weekends or holidays.

Can I see a sample before I purchase?

What if I don't like my design?
You are allowed to receive two revisions free of charge. After that, there is a fee of $15-$50 for each new change, depending on the requested change. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided once I’ve started your project. Please read the Terms & Conditions before proceeding with your purchase.

Can I receive my design ASAP?
You are able to rush your order for an additional fee of $75. Rush order turnaround times can vary for web design & branding packages.
