Terms & Conditions
ACCEPTANCE
By submitting payment and booking a service with Prolifik Graphics, the client agrees to engage the designer’s services under the terms and conditions outlined below. Prolifik Graphics agrees to provide the requested design services for the selected project. A signed copy of these terms and conditions is required before any work will begin.
Please note: All sales are final. Prolifik Graphics maintains a strict no-refund policy.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Please have a general vision, inspiration, or direction for your branding before booking. This helps ensure we can successfully bring your vision to life and create designs that align with your brand goals.
DESIGN FORM
After purchase, clients are required to complete the design form before any work begins. Once all required information and content have been received, your project will enter the design queue and drafts will be delivered within the stated turnaround time.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround times vary depending on the service selected:

Branding Packages: 7–10 business days

Website Design: 10–14 business days

À La Carte Services (flyers, business cards, thank you cards, logos, etc.): 5–7 business days
Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or scheduled vacations.
Rush services may be available for select services at an additional cost. If a rush fee is approved and paid, the project will be prioritized accordingly.
Please note that turnaround times may be extended due to high workload volume, delayed client responses, illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified via email of any delays.
Turnaround time officially begins once:

Payment has been made in full

The design form has been completed
-
All required content has been submitted (photos, text, logos, links, bios, etc.)
Client response times also affect project timelines. For example, if a client takes two days to respond regarding drafts or revisions, the turnaround time will be extended accordingly.
If required content is not submitted within 30 days of the original request and there has been no communication from the client, Prolifik Graphics reserves the right to terminate the project. A $50 restart fee will apply if the project must be reopened due to inactivity. These terms are non-negotiable.
PAYMENT
All services must be paid in full before work begins.
If payment obligations are not met, Prolifik Graphics reserves the right to:

Terminate the agreement/project

Withhold all files, designs, source files, or services

Pursue legal action if necessary
PHOTOS & CLIENT CONTENT
Clients are responsible for providing high-quality images and content for their projects. Professional photos are encouraged but not required. Please avoid blurry, heavily filtered, low-resolution, or poor-quality images.
If graphic elements or stock imagery are used by the designer, they will be incorporated to best complement the overall design layout and branding.
STANDARD MEDIA DELIVERY
Final approved designs will be delivered electronically via email, text or drive link within three business days of final approval.
Files may be delivered in the following formats:

JPG
-
PNG
For website projects, a small Prolifik Graphics credit or logo may appear in the footer of the completed website.
COPYRIGHT & DRAFTS
Clients retain ownership of any original files, logos, images, or content they provide. However, Prolifik Graphics reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, social media, or promotional content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Drafts must be reviewed and responded to within 72 hours of delivery. Delayed responses will result in corresponding project delays.
All drafts, concepts, and mockups remain the property of Prolifik Graphics unless finalized and approved. Drafts may not be copied, shared, altered, recreated, or distributed in any form.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Prolifik Graphics agrees to keep all client information, materials, and proprietary content confidential. Information shared during the course of the project will not be disclosed, shared, or used for personal benefit outside of the agreed services.
This confidentiality agreement remains in effect even after the project or contract has ended.
Upon termination of the agreement, any confidential records or materials belonging to the client that are in the designer’s possession will be returned upon request.
