Turnaround times are listed in the description of each service. If you need your design sooner than the turnaround time provided, an expedited fee will be incurred. Please note that multiple revisions can cause delays. Turnaround times may be extended if there is a high volume of orders, illness, natural disasters, etc. You will be notified if there is a delay.

There is a strict no refund policy once the design process has started. Projects may be canceled at any time due to creative director discretion.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the process of improving a website’s visibility on search engines like Google. It involves optimizing website content, structure, and performance to rank higher in search results, attract more organic traffic, and enhance user experience.

All completed projects will include a .png (transparent background), .jpg, and pdf. PSD or AI files are sent for an additional charge.

You are allowed to receive two revisions free of charge. After that, there is a fee of $15-$100 for each new change, depending on the requested change. You are able to rush your order for an additional fee of $75. Rush order turnaround times can vary for web design & branding packages.
