Do you offer cartoon illustrations?

Cartoon illustrations are not offered at this time.

What is the Refund/Cancellation policy?

There is a strict no refund policy once the design process has started. Projects may be canceled at any time due to creative director discretion.

What if I do not like my design?

You are allowed to receive two revisions free of charge. After that, there is a fee of $15-$100 for each new change, depending on the requested change. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided once I’ve started your project. Please read the Terms & Conditions before proceeding with your purchase.

What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday. 9am-7pm CT. We are not available on weekends or holidays. Please be mindful business days do not include the weekends or holidays.

Can I see a sample before I purchase?

Prolifik Graphics does not offer samples. I will not come up with designs/sketches on your project before you hire me.

What is the turn around time?

Turnaround times are listed in the description of each service. If you need your design sooner than the turnaround time provided, an expedited fee will be incurred. Please note that multiple revisions can cause delays. Turnaround times may be extended if there is a high volume of orders, illness, natural disasters, etc. You will be notified if there is a delay.

Can I receive my design ASAP?

You are able to rush your order for an additional fee of $75. Rush order turnaround times can vary for web design & branding packages. Please contact us for further questions.

What is a Hex Code?

A 6-symbol code used to identify a specific color. Example. #FF0000 - Color Red

What file types will my project be sent in?

All completed projects will include a .png (transparent background), .jpg, and pdf. PSD or AI files are sent for an additional charge.
